Diane Browne Catering has been providing catering services to clients in Lower Fairfield County for the last 20 years. From intimate dinner parties to large fundraisers, Diane has always approached every project with her easy going style that always puts her clients at ease. Her attention to details makes every event, small or large, a great success. She has always believed in keeping things simple, but elegant and that everything that she prepares should be beautiful and delicious.

Every event starts with a planning meeting, often over the phone, in order to understand every detail of your event, from the menu to the location to staffing, whether you need music, a tent, or recommendations on wines and liquor, table linens and flowers. A proposal with menu ideas, suggested rentals and pricing is then prepared and emailed to you for approval. Simply call Diane directly or use the Proposal Request to start the planning process.

Whatever the event, Diane's goal is to always make sure that she and her staff are taking care of the details so that you don't have to.
